OK, I have to say - I JUST DON'T GET IT! The pics look fine, but I'm certainly not blown away. $1M+ people are paying and talking to obnoxious RE agents and clamoring to get in... for this? OK, yea the view.. I get it... but what else is there?!?! Dumbo is not the end-all-be-all of Brooklyn. And anybody can put fancy fixtures in their own bathroom! I guess there's a lot of people out there with money to burn!
